1. Personal Shopping Service Fee
Our Personal Shopping Service Fee is PKR 8,000 which includes up to 4 hours of dedicated shopping time . This fee covers shopping assistance, product selection support, and personal shopping services only. It does not include the cost of products or Skynet shipping charges.
2. Product Prices
Product prices may vary depending on the Pakistani brand, store, or local market. We aim to provide clear and accurate information about product prices so customers can make informed decisions.
3. Payment Before Shopping
Shopping begins only after the required payment has been received and confirmed. This helps us provide a smooth and organized shopping experience for every customer.
4. Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming the items they select during the video call. We encourage customers to check the product, size, color, design, quantity, and other relevant details before giving approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Once a product has been purchased based on the customer’s approval, the order cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with your selected items before confirming your purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through Skynet from Lahore to the customer’s provided delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on Skynet operations, customs clearance, destination country, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Delays
We always aim to make your shopping and delivery experience as smooth as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, Skynet or other courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information, including their full name, delivery address, phone number, and any other required details. Accurate information helps us avoid unnecessary delivery issues and ensures a better experience.
9. Availability & Engagement
You have to be available on appointment time and should be engage throughout the shopping
