1. Personal Shopping Service Fee
Our Personal Shopping Service Fee is PKR 10,000, which includes up to 4 hours of dedicated shopping time . This fee covers shopping assistance, product selection support, and personal shopping services only. However, It does not include the cost of products or Skynet shipping charges.
2. Product Prices
Product prices may vary depending on the Pakistani brand, store, or local market. Additionally, we aim to provide clear and accurate information about product prices so customers can make informed decisions easily .
3. Payment Before Shopping
We begins shopping only after receiving and confirming your payment. This helps us provide a smooth and organized shopping experience for every customer.
4. Customer Approval
Customers must carefully review and confirm their selected items during the video call. Therefore, we encourage you to check the product, size, color, design, quantity, and other relevant details before giving final approval.
5. Order Cancellation
Once we purchase a product based on your approval, you cannot cancel the order. For this reason, please make sure you are completely satisfied with your selected items before confirming your purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders through Skynet from Lahore to your delivery address. However, delivery times may vary depending on Skynet operations, customs clearance, destination country, weather conditions, and other circumstances.
7. Delivery Delays
We always aim to make your Pakistani clothes and goods shopping experience smooth . Nevertheless, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, or courier services.
8. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information, including their full name, delivery address and phone number. As a result, this accurate information helps us avoid delivery issues.
9. Availability & Engagement
You must be available at your appointment time. Furthermore, you should stay active and engaged throughout the live shopping session.
